Chasing the Moon at Koru Berry Farm

Why Chasing the Moon? We are Chasing the Moon literally and figuratively. Starting in August we host this special, one of a kind event one time a month through October,

eventually to catch the Full Moon in October all the while chasing our dreams!

When you arrive you will have a short stroll through the isles of luscious Aronia Berry Bushes, crossing a small wooden bridge to be greeted by beautifully decorated tables underneath Koru’s rustic white willow tree believed to be 70 years old. The tree’s branches not only extend towards the sky, stars and moon but also elegantly kiss the ground.

In the summer time the site is whimsical and sprinkled with colorful flowers and in the autumn vibrant hues of yellow, orange and red emerge!

You will have the opportunity to enjoy this special outdoor area, starting with cocktail hour, leading into appetizers, dinner and dessert. Each enjoyed course will be paired with wine by a sommelier (wine steward).

Chasing the Moon is an experience unlike any other in the state of Iowa where you will experience all five senses, tasting and smelling your food and beverages.
