A Taste of the Colonies

Join us September 26-27 for “A Taste of the Colonies”.  This September weekend will give your taste buds a treat as you can walk through the Amana Colonies sampling foods and beverages along the way.

Saturday, September 26th from 11am-4pm you’ll experience a Sampling Stroll.  Participating food and beverage businesses will have samples available for you to try as you explore the village.  You’ll also find some special entrees in our restaurants.  Complete details will be posted soon.

Sunday, September 27th is the Maifest Wine, Chocolate, and Beer Walk from 11am-4pm.  This event was postponed in May due to COVID19 and is now ready to resume.  Ten businesses in the village of Amana will have samples of their specialties, purchase a passport card for $3 and get it punched at each of the businesses.  When you’ve visited 8 of them, turn the card in and receive a Logo Wine Glass.
